The Miracle of Bio-Magnetic Water

The Miracle of Bio-Magnetic Water
By Janet Forsythe

What is Bio-Magnetic Water?

Water is paramagnetic - meaning that it will hold a magnetic charge. In nature, the earth’s magnetic field naturally charges water in lakes, wells, and running streams. However, as water passes through treatment plants and is transported through pipes to your home or work place, it loses its magnetic charge. Treating water with magnetic fields simple restores the natural energy and balance that nature intended. Magnetized water has more hydroxyl (OH-) ions that form alkaline molecules which reduces the acidity. Normal tap water has a pH of about 7. Magnetized water is more alkaline and can have a pH as high as 9.2. Magnetizing water reduces the surface tension of the water making it feel softer. It is thinner, wetter, and more absorb able, so it is better able to penetrate cell walls and deliver the nutrients that it carries.

Health Benefits

Your body is over 70% water. All biological functions including circulation, digestion, absorption, and excretion depend on water. Water is required for blood, the lymphatic system, and healthy skin and muscles. It is well known among health professionals that when you are sick, the pH of your body is more acidic. Magnetized water, which is more alkaline, raises the pH of your body, which allows the body to get rid of the toxins. Bio-magnetized water is believed to be energy-building, activating, cleansing, and detoxifying. People have reported resolving bladder problems, recovering quickly from a stroke, alleviating arthritis pain, reducing blood pressure, and breaking up kidney and gall stones by drinking magnetic water. Scientific studies have proven that magnetized water has health benefits for animals. Therefore it seems reasonable that it should also be beneficial for humans. Reported health benefits of drinking magnetic water include:

• Magnetic water tastes sweeter and has more clarity.
• Magnetic water reduces acidity in the body and promotes a more alkaline pH.
• Magnetic water promotes healing of wounds and burns.
• Magnetic water has a therapeutic effect of digestive, nervous, and urinary systems.
• Magnetic water can be beneficial for asthma, fevers, colds, coughs, bronchitis, and sore throats.
• Magnetic water can be beneficial for menstrual and menopause discomfort.
• Magnetic water revitalized the body.
• Magnetic water has a positive effect on the autonomic nervous system.
• Magnetic water can help regulate the heart function and clear clogged arteries.
• Magnetic water is beneficial for kidney ailments (removal and prevention of stones), gout, obesity (it improves metabolic activity), and premature aging.
• Magnetic water helps relieve pain.
• Magnetic water infuses energy into the body, controls bacteria, and stimulates brain function.
• Magnetic water can help dissipate toxic deposits in the body’s connective tissue.
• Magnetic water can regulate blood pressure (high or low).
• Magnetic water can be used to wash and disinfect external cuts and scrapes.
• Magnetic water will remove the plaque on your teeth if you use it to brush your teeth, rinse your mouth, and drink.
• Magnetic water will make your hair softer and more manageable while using less shampoo when used to wash your hair.
• Magnetic water is ionic so it helps reset the charge on cell walls, thus promoting better circulation.

Pets

Your pets will enjoy many of the same benefits from bio-magnetic water that you do. They will drink more water, have more energy, and feel younger and healthier. A friend was giving her dogs magnetic water. When she moved, she temporarily had to give them tap water. After a few days, they began scratching all the time. When she started them back on bio-magnetic water, the scratching stopped almost completely.

Plants

Bio-Magnetized water will help your plants grow stronger, greener, and larger. In one study seedlings’ germination rates were 68 % with bio-magnetized water, while with non-magnetized water only 8% germinated. In another study, Texas A&M researchers found that squash weighed 24% more when it was grown with magnetized water vs. non-magnetized water. Bio-magnetic water is more solvent and has a lower surface tension, so nutrients in the water are absorbed more readily. Thus you get a healthier plant while using less fertilizer.

Other Fluids & Uses

Almost any fluid can be magnetized. Using Bio-Magnetic Water will drastically improve the taste of coffee, tea, and foods. Foods and beverages made using magnetic water will acquire the same healing powers as bio-magnetic water. Cosmetics, facial and skin products function a lot better when magnetized. Magnetized milk will give vigor and vitality to the weak and exhausted person. Magnetized milk has been proven useful for recuperating and enhancing sexual power. When fruit juices are treated with bio-magnets, they become more refreshing and give more nourishment. Beer can be magnetized to give better effect. Magnetized olive oil can be very rewarding in the treatment of gout and rheumatism.

Use bio-magnetic water to make your coffee and after a month or two the inside of your coffee maker will look like new. The bio-magnetic water will remove the scale build-up in your coffee maker.

How to make Bio-Magnetic Water

Making Bio-magnetic water is quite simple: just place a glass or container filled with water on a magnetic pad. Never use a metal container. You want to use a container that has a flat bottom without any raised edges. You want the bottom of the container touching the magnet pad. How long you need to leave the water on the magnet will depend on how much water you have. I usually use a gallon milk container and leave it on the pad for 4-6 hours or longer. It won’t hurt to leave it there longer, you can even just leave the container on the pad and refill it as you use the water. The water will stay magnetized for several days after you take it off the magnet.

Summary

There is a long history of the use of magnets to improve the quality and health benefits of water. Many countries have been using magnetic water for patients with digestive, urinary, and nervous problems, for pain, swelling, and many other ailments. Whether all of the claims are true or false remains to be tested by science. However, Magnetic Therapy has been accepted by many for the relief of pain. It is now accepted that each of our cells possess a small magnetic field and that water can be magnetized. Then, the logical conclusion is that magnetic water has the ability to affect our cells and help our body perform as it was meant. There is much evidence that bio-magnetic water is beneficial and none that it can be harmful.

Pain Relief Through Magnetic Therapy

Natural Pain Relief Through Magnetic Therapy is Possible
By Paul Forcey

No one can deny the power of magnets, racing pigeons find their way home across thousands of miles, and Salmon use the earth’s magnetic pulses to travel through oceans to make their way back to their spawning grounds. The ancient Celts built their places of worship at points where the earth’s magnetic ley lines intersect.

Are you sitting there reading this and rubbing your wrist because your arthritis is playing up again? Do you avoid walking up stairs as your knees hurt so much?

Magnets have been helping guide animals around the world for millions of years; they can now help you with your pain.

In the December 2004 issue of the British Medical Journal, one study concluded that wearing magnetic bracelets can significantly reduce the pain of arthritis.

As more questions are raised every day over the use of drugs (Celebrex or Vioxx) to assist in pain relief for arthritis, the study is good news to the over 70 million Americans suffering from the disease.

Arthritis affects one in three adults in the United States, and over half of those feel that there is nothing that can be done to ease their pain. It is a sad world when people will suffer their pain rather than take medication as they are so frightened of the potential side affects of the prescribed medications.

Magnetic therapy offers a natural risk free pain relief for people who suffer with Arthritis.

The British Medical Journal recently published an article in which researchers acknowledged the need for more research regarding the placebo effect. We know that believing in any particular remedy is more likely to create a positive subjective report of improvement. It’s also true that taking any kind of action to alleviate pain results in some sense of ease.

Can magnetic therapy products really help me?

•The British Medical journal thinks so and it definitely can’t hurt you.

•Magnetic therapy products are natural and offer natural pain relief.

•You wear them on your body, no invasive operations.

•Cost/benefit, the cost of trying Magnetic therapy products is much lower than trying various drug therapies.

Arthritis pain really wears you down as it drags on for years and years; try magnetic therapy products for natural pain relief.

Arthritis Bracelets

Arthritis Bracelets - What's The Story?
By Flor Serquina

Arthritis is a general term for many variations of the same disease. Among them are osteoarthritis - the most common, reactive arthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis, the last being one of the worst forms of arthritis. This chronic disease is painful but there are traditional and unconventional products and treatments available today to provide the patient with as much comfort as possible. One of the most controversial alternative treatments for this disease is arthritis bracelets.

What Are Arthritis Bracelets?

Arthritis bracelets contain permanent magnets inside them. These magnets produce static magnetic fields that can reportedly cure individuals from arthritis when placed in the right areas. The effectiveness of arthritis bracelets are based on founding principles of magnet or magnetic therapy, also known as magnotherapy.

Studies have been conducted to determine the effectiveness of arthritis bracelets. These studies will typically divide subjects into three groups: one would wear arthritis bracelets using standard magnet strengths, another would wear arthritis bracelets using weak magnet strengths, while the last group would use arthritis bracelets using no magnets at all. All users would have to wear their bracelets for twelve weeks or a span of three months.

The results favored the use of arthritis bracelets. Firstly, the study was able to rule out any lasting influence of factors like the use of painkillers and personal beliefs of users on the effects of the magnetic therapy products. Secondly, the study revealed that those who reported with the most favorable results came from the group wearing arthritis bracelets using standard magnet strengths.

Other Benefits of Magnetic Bracelets

Of course, magnetic bracelets are not only used for treating arthritis. Searching history vaults revealed that magnetic bracelets have already been utilized for thousands of years. Egyptians and Greeks were the first to report its therapeutic benefits. In 2000 BC, Chinese texts also revealed that magnets used in acupuncture had yielded positive results. Today, athletes of various sports have expressed their satisfaction after using magnetic bracelets.

Studies have shown that magnetic bracelets are also able to prevent the spread of cancer cells in animals. Lastly, magnetic bracelets have been claimed to successfully treat bacterial infections, stress, and chronic fatigue and magnetic field deficiency syndrome.

How Do Arthritis Bracelets Work

To understand the healing process used by arthritis bracelets, you first need to recall your old lessons about magnetic fields. These are produced by various factors like the weather and other natural forces and generated by items like computers, microwave ovens, television sets, and other electronic products. When exposed to magnetic fields, our bodies experience decreased pH levels and weakened immune systems.

Magnets have both north and south polarities. They come from the two magnetic poles in our world - the North and South Pole. These allow magnetic bracelets to penetrate our skins more easily and have stronger effects. An arthritis bracelet with the appropriate magnetic strength will create a magnetic field. This magnetic field will then penetrate your skin and reach your muscles and tissues. Any noted inflammation or swelling may be alleviated by the magnetic field.

More Benefits of Arthritis Bracelets

Here are some of the things you could enjoy when trying arthritic bracelets:

Affordability. Compared to other alternative treatments and medications for arthritis, magnetic arthritis bracelets are more affordable. And since they have been acknowledged to be safe to use, there is relatively little harm from trying them out.

Ease of Use or Convenience. It can be tedious having to remember the right time of the day to take your medicine. Fortunately, there's no need for timetables when you're using arthritis bracelets. The healing process commences the moment you wear an arthritis bracelet, and after that, you need not do anything else. Improved Circulation. Exposure to magnetic fields allow air and blood to circulate more freely and deliver the necessary nutrients to your organs, blood vessels, muscles, and joints. Better circulation means lesser pain.

Pain. The greatest benefit arthritis bracelets can provide you with is pain relief. This has been supported by data from various studies. There is no need to take a lot or even any painkillers. Pain is eased bit by bit the longer you have your arthritis bracelet on. And with the pain lessened significantly, you'll experience greater freedom of movement.

Lastly, arthritis bracelets also claimed to contain anti-inflammatory properties, potentially making it an aid in solving the root problem of arthritis instead of being simply effective against arthritis symptoms.

Magic Magnet

Magnetic Bracelet Used in Research Study Now in United States

Magnetic Bracelet Used in Research Study Now in United States
By Lee Strong

At the end of 2004 results from a study on arthritis patients in the UK was published in the British Medical Journal.

It stated that it had found positive pain reliving results using a magnetic bracelet. This was an independent study, which has been widely reported in publications and on the Internet.

The study did not name the product but it was the Bioflow Magnetic Bracelet that was used and until now it has only been available from sources in Europe. Now it is in the USA for the first time, which gives American consumers a higher level of protection if the product does not live up to expectations.

In the study 194 men and women aged 45 to 80 suffering pain caused by osteoarthritis of the hip and knee were split into three groups.

Two groups were given non-magnetic or low magnetic bracelets. They felt little change in their condition.

But those given a Bioflow magnetic bracelet felt a significant reduction in pain. Changes in pain were recorded using a recognized pain-scoring scale.

No one in the study knew which type of bracelet they were wearing.

The Arthritis Research Campaign of Great Britain funded the study

"Pain from osteoarthritis of the hip and knee does decrease when wearing magnetic bracelets" researchers said. They added "the magnetic bracelet appears to be free of side affects, unlike pain relievers, which are associated with gastrointestinal problems and, for certain drugs, heart attacks and strokes".

"Magnets are appealing because osteoarthritis is a chronic condition for which our treatments are unsatisfactory" Dr Tim Harlow, head of the research team said. "On the strength of the evidence I am prepared to recommend these static magnets to people with osteoarthritis".

The study took place over a 12-week period at Peninsular Hospital, Plymouth, England

The BMJ insists on a high level of integrity in any trial they publish. For full details of the report go to www.bmj.com

While the FDA in the United States has not approved the use of static magnets for the relief of magnetic pain they do not warn against it. In a 1999 study of patients it was found 18% had used magnetic or copper devices to relieve pain. It was estimated then that Americans spent $500 million per year on such products making this the second most popular alternative therapy for pain relief after chiropractic.

The FDA goes on to say that in the studies that did find benefits from magnetic therapy, many have shown those benefits very quickly. This suggests that if a magnet does work, it should not take very long for the user to start noticing the effect. Therefore, people may wish to purchase magnets with a 30-day return policy and return the product if they do not get satisfactory results within 1 to 2 weeks.

Given this advice it is understandable Americans would be a little wary about buying the Bioflow magnetic bracelet from a source in Europe. Now there is a company that has a stock in California and is offering a full 90-day money back guarantee.

Magnetic Therapy Can Improve Poor Circulation to Your Hands and Feet, Here's Why

Magnetic Therapy Can Improve Poor Circulation to Your Hands and Feet, Here's Why
By Debbie Shimadry

Do you suffer with cold hands or cold feet even in the middle of summer? If yes, then you might be a victim of poor circulation without even realising it. But don't worry, help is here. Read on to find out how to improve your circulation the natural way using magnetic therapy.

Poor circulation may be an indication of a heart disorder. High blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, varicose veins, Raynaud's Disease, and phlebitis are all connected with the circulatory system and having these conditions can lead to poor circulation within the body. So do not ignore the possible warnings and existence of these conditions specially if you have had them for a long period of time.

The symptoms of poor circulation are:

- Cold hands and feet.

- White fingers.

- Dizziness when standing quickly.

- Numbness

- Varicose veins.

- Migraine headaches.

- Tinnitus and hearing loss.

Causes of poor circulation

The main causes of having a poor circulation could be cholesterol, plaque on artery walls or lack of exercise. It may also be hereditary. Your susceptibility to these types of problems can be caused by an imbalance in your system.

Magnetic therapy can effectively and quickly help resolve the effects of poor circulation. I shall now introduce a few magnetic therapy devices that will help alleviate cold feet and hands.

Magnetic therapy treatment for poor circulation:

Poor circulation predominantly affects the extremities (peripheries) of the body such as the fingers, hands, feet and ankles. Poor circulation can manifest by having cold feet and hands or lack of sensation, plus swollen feet, ankles, hands and fingers. The body's circulation can be improved with therapeutic magnets. The application of magnets to the wrist, fingers and feet will improve the local circulation of these areas. Furthermore, to promote an increase in the body's whole circulatory system, magnetised water should be consumed.

Common magnetic therapy devices for alleviating poor circulation are:

1) Magnopain magnetic shoe insoles to increase the circulation to the feet and lower leg. These are very easy to use as you simply place them in your shoes and wear them all day long. The most beneficial way to use them is to take them from shoe to shoe so your feet have contact with them throughout the day. There should be no need to wear them during the night but some people with ‘restless legs’ find their symptoms much reduced by placing them in bed socks. Magnetic shoe insoles are extremely strong and can have as many as 50 magnets per insole. This magnetic strength allows the magnetic field to penetrate all the way up the leg and as far as the knee.

2) The use of a high strength (2,000-3,000 Gauss/200-300 milli Tesla) Magnopain magnetic bracelet to combat poor circulation in the hands. You would need to wear a magnetic bracelet on each wrist for maximum benefit. The magnetic field will increase circulation to the wrist, hand and fingers. It is advocated that the bracelet be worn at all times 24 hours a day 7 days a week to obtain the best results. You can also wear magnetic rings on your fingers if you suffer with cold fingers instead of cold hands.

3) If you drink at least 4 glasses of magnetised water a day you should notice an improvement to the circulation though out your whole body. If the magnetic shoe insoles, magnetic rings and/or magnetic bracelets are used in-conjunction with drinking magnetised water the effects will be increased by 10 times. You can magnetised water by placing a Magnopain magnetic water wand in a glass of water for 10 to 15 minutes.

How Magnetic Therapy Works?

How Magnetic Therapy Works?
By Paul Cris

Indians, Chinese and Japanese have used magnetic therapy for years for treating pains. The therapy uses a magnetic field to treat chronic pain. Usually magnets with north and south poles were used but after extensive research it has been proved that using one pole (north or negative), which has a stronger magnetic field to be beneficial in relieving pain.

Magnetic therapy is increasingly becoming popular nowadays. Sports persons have started wearing magnetic wristbands. Even people who use the mouse for a long time use magnetic wristbands to prevent carpal tunnel syndrome. There are a variety of products like magnetic mattresses, beds etc being used by people to get rid of pain.

More and more doctors and psychiatrists are now prescribing magnetic therapy. For years they have been used in treating pain. Billions of dollars are being used every year in manufacturing medical magnets. The most utilized magnetic product is magnetic mattress which helps in joint pain, muscle spasm etc.

Many people with fibromyalgia and arthritis have a positive response with magnetic therapy. Magnetic pillows help people with migraine, while magnetic straps help people with arthritis and relieves the pain. There are lots of magnetic products available for each and every disease. Magnetic therapy has been in use for ages and it is one of the best alternative therapies.

Magnetic Therapy

Magnetic Therapy - Fact Or Fiction?
By Eric Hartwell

Magnetic therapy is often regarded as one of the health practices that is one sided- many either disbelieve in it entirely or believe it is real from ‘experience’. It has been said that magnets could be used in therapy to treat broken bones and depressions, although there is no firm medical evidence for this.

A process called transcranial magnetic stimulation, or TMS, has been used to treat mental disorders such as depression. Many have seen the ads on television about the magnetic bracelets that ‘increases blood flow, cures arthritis pains, and relaxes muscles’. The only evidence that this is true is a single experiment done in 2004, which proved it could help osteoarthritis in the hip and knee.

Many see the process like acupuncture- not a direct treatment, but something to ‘help’ the body along. The magnetic bracelets sold most likely don’t work, for it is the magnetic field in general that does the healing, not the magnet. If you are serious about trying the process, consult someone such as an acupuncturist to tell you more about it- not the people in the local health shop.

Magnets don’t cost much, and don’t hurt anyone- making it the perfect sales pitch to entrepreneurs looking to make a quick buck. Further research is being conducted, but it is often hard to control all of the parameters necessary for a successful experiment.

Some think magnet bracelets act like a placebo- but if you think it works for you, than you should obviously continue using it. If you are skeptical, it is probably better you wait for more research to be published before buying the next expensive magnet bracelet.

Magnetic Bracelet For Less

Hi there!
I have finally acquired my Magnetic Bracelet! After doing a lot of research on my own as well as getting views from friends about the benefits of wearing the bracelet, I finally decided to own a Titanium Magnetic Bracelet.
There were a choice of whether to acquire a stainless steel, titanium or a tungsten bracelet. From my readings, I found out that the titanium bracelet is better for me. The tungsten one is a bit too expensive.......
Anyway, I was told that I have to wear it for a few days before seeing the true benefit of the bracelet. I hope, it would be what I have expected it would do to me.
Cheers.
